Cooking class“ICHI JU SAN SAI”
VEGETARIAN & HALAL CLASS

An everyday meal consists of a bowl of rice, 1 soup and 3 side dishes, and is called “ichi ju san sai".
We do not use anything derived from animal origin at the course.
We are Muslim Friendly. We use Halal's seasoning. Kitchen tools, dishes etc are all exclusive use for this class.

  • Chikuzen ni (Simmered Root Vegetables with seasoning)
  • Ohitashi (seasonal vegetable in broth)
  • Dengaku (grilled tofu with miso dip)
  • Misoshiru (miso soup) & Rice

BOOKING RULES :

  • 2 - 3 hours class. 2 classes in a day, start from 11am & 5pm
  • Maximum 6 people in one class
  • A group lesson

CANCEL POLICY :

  • More than 7 days before the day of workshop - 100% refund
  • 6-3 day before – 50% refund
  • 2-1days before or no show – No refund

NOTE :

  • Tax is excluded in price
  • Depending on the case, there is a possibility the menu contents might be changed.
  • We will give you a detailed recipe to take home. If you do forget anything, don't worry, just send us a quick email we will be happy to help.
